Tim Ward
Spin Instructor


Tim is an avid biker and uses his experience to lead an exhilarating class for intermediate and advanced levels. You can join Tim for class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6am.


Lisa Downs
Spin Instructor


During her spin classes, Lisa is mindful of the group. She will modify her class in order to accommodate beginners and intermediate riders. Lisa is in the saddle on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm


Lisa's energy and excitement is contagious. Her classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 6am are the perfect way to start your day.

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance and coordination. In yoga classes, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body while using breathing techniques to create ease in movements.

Aqua Zumba & HIIT

Whether it's her Aqua Zumba or HIIT class Nancy provides a work out that is so much fun it doesn't feel like work. Her infectious sense of humor will keep you on your toes.

Wavemakers Water Workout

Mandy teaches Wavemakers Water Workout on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 11am. Mandy keeps things fresh with great music and an upbeat personality. You feel your best after one of her aqua classes.

Lisa Downs
Functional Fitness

This program is designed for adults of all ages and physical levels. This class incorporates strength, flexibility, and balance training to improve your physical fitness and functional movement. This class uses provided hand weights, resistance tubes, along with Bender Fitness Balls.


Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance and coordination. This class helps to improve mental focus, muscle strength, balance and stamina for all muscles of the body. No previous yoga experience is necessary. There is no judgement or competition in yoga practice. We encourage participants to listen to their bodies as they move through their practice. Barb & Harold's Yoga class takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8am. Barb also instructs a Chair Yoga class on Thursdays at 10am. In this class many of the classic yoga poses are modified and practiced with the student aided by the support of a chair.  Come join us as we become stronger together.
