Rachel is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Personal Training Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been certified for five years and has experience training individuals, group classes, and speed and strength for high school students. Rachel said "I like to use my positive attitude and enthusiasm to help my clients achieve success! I provide my clients with a friendly face and uplifting determination! My ultimate goal is to push my clients and provide them with the motivation and support needed to reach their individual fitness goals. I chose the field of personal training because I want to make a difference in peoples lives. I want to be a part of YOUR fitness journey! I believe it is never to late to become the best, healthiest version of yourself. I hope that with my guidance each of my clients can say "because of you, I didn't give up!"
Skyler Stevenson a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). Skyler says he became a trainer because "I love fitness, helping people, and the journey. I like to push my clients to their true potential." Skyler served 6 years in the Iowa National Guard and that's where he grew his appreciation for fitness. In the military he learned to push his own limits and grow confidence in his determination to overcome the mental block of "I can't."
He wants to be a part of your fitness journey, and show you that can do more than you ever expected! He is a determined trainer, and will push and motivate you to reach your health and fitness goals! With his help we can change the "I Can't" to "I Can!!"
